With a broad IT background, I work independently as an interim CIO and supervisory board member, operating at the intersection of 

technology and business strategy. I started in the technical domain, but I’m fully at home in the boardroom — without ever losing touch with day-to-day operations. I quickly grasp complex issues and distil them to their essence. No thick reports, but well-argued choices that align with business objectives.


To me, leadership means being visible, keeping the course steady, and leading by example. I move easily between executives, operations and IT teams — and know when to push, and when to pause.


Alongside content and structure, I always consider the dynamics, interests, and energy in the environment. After all, results are not just driven by logic, but also by trust, behaviour, and rhythm.


Outside of my assignments, I’m socially engaged. I fly for the Hoogvliegers Foundation (giving seriously ill children a day to remember) and chair the Permits & Safety Committee of the Betuwse Bloesemtocht, one of the Netherlands’ largest walking events.
