In a CIO position, I get things moving.

I listen carefully to the organisational needs and the objectives. Then I simply start: unfolding the strategy, choosing direction, communicating clearly, building support and making progress.


I quickly see where things get stuck and what needs to happen to move forward. Not to take over, but to bring clarity, pace and structure so the organisation can continue without me.


With my technical background, I can also assess the content: feasibility, architecture, security, cloud, ERP and integration topics.

I immediately recognise what makes sense, what needs tightening and when a vendor or team is overselling.


I work visibly and openly. Short lines of communication, clear choices and a way of working that connects everyone: boards, supervisors, managers, operations and IT teams.


My experience spans many environments:

healthcare, food, industry, logistics, energy and private equity.


I thrive in organisations with history, complexity or 24x7 operations, where good judgment and steady progress matter.
